Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 11, 2026

Emudroid is a macOS app that creates and runs Android emulators on your Mac. This policy explains what Emudroid does with data. The short version: Emudroid has no accounts and no analytics, and Nadenco never receives anything about you or your Mac.

What Emudroid accesses

What Emudroid does not do

Update checks

When Emudroid checks for updates it requests a small JSON file from naden.co. That request carries nothing about you beyond what any web request carries — the IP address the server sees. No identifier is sent, logged, or stored, and the check is skipped if you never ask for one.

Third-party licences

The Android system images, the Android emulator, and the Google Play Store inside them are Google's, and downloading them means accepting Google's licence terms. Emudroid shows you those terms during setup; whether you accept them is entirely your choice. Emudroid is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC.

Local data

Emudroid stores the components and virtual devices described above as ordinary files in ~/.emudroid and ~/.android. To delete all of it, use Delete All in the app, or simply remove the app and those two folders.

Legal (EU / GDPR)

Data controller: Nadenco Single Member P.C., Greece. Because no personal data is collected or processed outside your device, no data transfers occur. For any privacy question, contact us at the address below.

Terms

Emudroid is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for complying with Google's terms when you download and use Android system images, and with the terms of any app or service you use inside an emulator.
